  • What is your return policy & exchange policy?

    All sales are final. If your candle arrives broken or damaged please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your package as well as a picture. You will be sent a replacement once we received a picture of the damaged candle.

  • What happens if my candle did not arrive?

    If you did not receive your candle after 5-10 business days please send us an email and we will work on getting you another.

  • I wrote the wrong shipping address, how do i fix it?

    If you write the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as you realize. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once it’s been shipped so make sure to double check before making your purchase.

  • How did the name Abode originate?

    Abode was inspired by the essence of home and a state of rest.

  • Do you ship outside of the US?

    At this time we only ship to the 50 US states.
